If you’re anything like me, you’ve probably bought organization products that looked great online but ended up collecting dust in a closet. Over the years, I’ve learned that the best organization products are the ones that solve everyday problems and make life easier without creating more work.

I’ve recently updated this list to include even more of the organization products I use throughout my home. From the kitchen and pantry to bathrooms, laundry, closets, travel, and tech, these are practical finds that help keep our home running smoothly and clutter under control.

Every product in this guide is something I personally own, use, or have purchased multiple times because it truly makes everyday life easier.

1. Retractable Multi-Charging Station

One of the biggest sources of clutter in any home is charging cords. Between phones, tablets, earbuds, smart watches, and portable chargers, cords seem to multiply overnight. A retractable charging station keeps everything organized in one place and eliminates tangled cables on countertops, desks, and bedside tables.

Why I love it:

  • Reduces visual clutter
  • Keeps devices charged and easy to find
  • Great for kitchens, home offices, and family rooms

2. Cord Organizers for Small Appliances

Kitchen counters can quickly become cluttered with appliance cords. I use cord organizers on frequently used appliances to keep everything neat and tidy. I also use them at my bedside table to reduce clutter and cords everywhere from my phone, tablet, and laptop. These are great in the office too with cords for computers, printers, chargers and more. This simple solution makes cabinets, desks, and countertops look much more organized.

3. Magnetic Knife Block

Instead of storing knives in a drawer or bulky knife block, I love using a magnetic knife block. It keeps quality knives within easy reach while creating a cleaner, more streamlined look on the countertop.

Benefits:

  • Saves counter space
  • Protects knife blades
  • Adds a professional kitchen feel
  • Sharpening blade built in

4. LEGO Minifigure Display and Storage

As a mom of teenage boys, I know how quickly collections can take over shelves and desks. A dedicated display and storage solution keeps favorite collectibles organized while still allowing them to be enjoyed. Instead of loose pieces scattered around the house, everything has a designated home and becomes art on the wall.

5. Glass Food Storage Containers

Food storage may not be glamorous, but it makes a huge difference in keeping the kitchen organized. I use glass containers for:

  • Meal prep
  • Leftovers
  • Chopped vegetables
  • Lunches

Being able to see what’s inside helps reduce food waste and keeps the refrigerator looking more organized.

6. Travel Jewelry Organizer

One of my favorite travel organization products is a compact jewelry case. After visiting more than 25 countries, I’ve learned that keeping jewelry organized while traveling prevents tangles, lost earrings, and unnecessary frustration. It’s small enough to fit inside a carry-on while keeping everything neatly separated.

8. Storage Baskets for Everyday Essentials

One of the easiest ways to make a home feel organized is to corral similar items together. I use baskets throughout our home for:

  • Throws
  • Books
  • Remote controls
  • Magazines
  • Seasonal decor

Not only do baskets provide storage, but they also add warmth and texture to a room.

9. Closet Shoe Organizer

We have a very small entryway from the garage and no space for a mudroom. Shoes, bags and jackets were piling up on the floor. So I created a drop zone in the small utility closet. One of the best additions I’ve made to it is a shoe organizer. Now everything has a designated spot, and it even created a table top surface for bags and purses.

Why it works:

  • Maximizes closet space
  • Keeps shoes visible and accessible
  • Creates a cleaner, more organized closet

10. Under-Sink Storage Organizer

The space under sinks can easily become cluttered with cleaning supplies and household essentials. An under-sink organizer helps make use of vertical space and keeps everything neatly arranged. It’s a simple way to make frequently used items easier to access while reducing clutter in bathrooms and kitchens.

One of my favorite organization products for keeping my car trunk neat and clutter-free. This trunk organizer makes it easy to store my grocery bags, my kids sports gear, and bags from the mall securely in the trunk and they don’t roll around. I love that the compartments are adjustable for my needs, and there is even a built-in insulated cooler section thats perfect for milk from grocery store runs, or keeping food and drinks cold on a road trip.

12. OXO POP Containers

If there’s one organization product that’s completely transformed my pantry, it’s my OXO POP containers. They keep dry foods fresher longer while giving the pantry a clean, organized look. I use them for cereal, popcorn, crackers, pretzels, tortilla chips, oatmeal, granola, baking ingredients, and snacks. The airtight seal helps maintain freshness, and the clear containers make it easy to see exactly what needs to be restocked. The stackable design also maximizes pantry space and eliminates bulky packaging.

These lazy Susans aren’t just for the pantry – they’re also perfect in the fridge for organizing condiments sauces, jams, and other bottles making everything easy to see and grab without digging through crowded shelves.

14. Clear Fridge Organizers That Make Grocery Shopping Easier

These clear refrigerator bins are one of my favorite kitchen organization products because they keep similar foods together and prevent items from getting lost in the back of the refrigerator. I organize everything into categories, making it easier for everyone in the family to find what they need. I use bins for cheese, yogurts, condiments, produce, and meal prep ingredients. Not only does the refrigerator stay cleaner, but food waste is reduced because everything stays visible. These are also in my pantry to organize all the dry foods and baking essentials.

20. Meal Prep & Freezer Storage Containers

These reusable food storage containers are one of the hardest-working items in my kitchen. I use them every week for meal prep, leftovers, soups, chopped vegetables, and freezer meals. 21. Shower Squeegee with Storage Hook

If you have a glass shower door, this is one of the simplest products that makes a huge difference. 24. Bar Soap Shower Caddy

After switching from bottled shampoo and body wash to bar soaps, I needed a better way to keep everything organized and dry between uses. This shower caddy has been the perfect solution. Each bar has its own spot, and the open design allows water to drain away so the soaps dry quickly instead of turning into a soggy mess.

25. Portable Cleaning Caddy

A cleaning caddy is one of those organization products that saves both time and frustration. Instead of hunting through cabinets for different cleaners and supplies, everything I need stays together in one portable container. I keep it organized under my sink, and when it’s time to clean, I simply grab the caddy and carry it from room to room. It makes cleaning much faster because all of my everyday supplies are right at my fingertips. When I’m finished, everything goes back under the sink neatly contained instead of being scattered throughout the house. *Living Layered Tip: Keep one fully stocked cleaning caddy on each level of your home. It saves countless trips up and down the stairs and makes it much easier to tackle quick cleanups before they become bigger jobs.
