I’m a California native, now living on the East Coast, with chapters of my life that have taken me even to Europe – each place adding its own layer to who I am today. 

I’m a wife and mom to twin boys, and life at home is full, busy, and always evolving. But my story includes deeper layers – ones shaped by challenge, growth, and resilience. 

As a myxoma heart tumor survivor and now navigating life post menopause, I’ve learned how important it is to slow down, take care of your body, and truly appreciate where you are in life. 

Living Layered was created from the belief that life isn’t about starting over – its about evolving and growing through every season. Each layer tells a story. This space is where all those layers come together – home, creativity, resilience, and the beauty of everyday life.
