  • 2 cups chilled ginger ale

  • 1 pear thinly sliced
  • rosemary sprigs
  • cinnamon sticks

Equipment

  • 1-gallon dispenser

Method

  1. Pour the apple cider and pear nectar into a large beverage dispenser.
  2. Add the fresh lemon juice and gently stir to combine.
  3. Add the sliced apple, pear, rosemary and cinnamon sticks.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  5. Just before serving, add the chilled gingerale and stir gently,
  6. Serve over ice in individual glasses. Garnish with additional rosemary or cinnamon sticks if desired.

Notes

Make ahead: Combine the cider, pear nectar, and lemon juice several hours before serving. Add the fruit, rosemary, and ginger ale closer to serving time.
Adjust to taste: For a sweeter punch, add a little more pear nectar. For extra sparkle, increase the ginger ale. For a brighter flavor, add another squeeze of lemon.
Serving tip: Keep ice separate from the dispenser to prevent the punch from becoming watered down.
Dispenser capacity: This recipe makes approximately 9½ cups of liquid, leaving room in your 1-gallon dispenser for the fruit and garnishes. It will not fill the dispenser completely.
