  • 3 cups ginger ale
  • 1/4 cup pourable caramel syrup
  • 1/2 tsp apple pie spice
  • ice for serving
Garnish
  • 2 apples, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
  • rosemary

Equipment

  • 1-gallon dispenser

Method

  1. Add apple pie spice to the empty dispenser.
  2. Pour in apple cider and caramel syrup. Stir well.
  3. Add in sliced apples, cranberries and rosemary. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  4. Just before serving, add the chilled ginger ale and stir gently.
  5. Serve over ice in individual glasses. Garnish with additional rosemary, apples, and cinnamon stick.

Notes

Adjust to taste: For a sweeter punch, add a little more caramel syrup. For extra sparkle, increase the ginger ale.
Serving tip: Keep ice separate from the dispenser to prevent the punch from becoming watered down.
Dispenser capacity: This recipe makes approximately 13 cups of liquid, leaving room in your 1-gallon dispenser for the fruit and garnishes. It will not fill the dispenser completely.
